THESE TWO PROGRAMS WERE EXCELLENT. BOTH WERE SMART, CONCISE AND ANSWERED ALL QUESTIONS DIRECTLY TO THE POINT. THESE PROGRAMS SHOULD KEEP OUR AUDIENCE CONNECT AND EXCITED TO BEING PART OF THE WORLD AFFAIRES COUNCIL, DESERT CHAPTER.

Ken Gause is an excellent speaker. Today's talk was very insightful and informative. Thanks for presenting these webinars during the COVID-19 hiatus.

Very interesting presentation and it is great that all the tech stuff is now working and working well. The idea of a presentation on Iran is a great one and I hope WACD will be able to arrange that.

Thank you for your comments, Bob. We are working on setting up an Iran talk, presenter scheduling permitting.

This was the first time I attended a World Affairs Zoom presentation. I connected with my iPad easily and both the audio and visuals were very good. The speaker was excellent, obviously knowledgeable on North Korea, and retained my attention throughout. I am definitely interested in attending similar presentations, such as on Iran, in the future.

Thank you for your comments, Paul. Ken Gause is not only knowledgeable but as you pointed out also presents well. His presentation is part of a series of virtual programs over the past two months which have proven to be most popular. Our Premier Speakers Series for members only which starts in October this year covers topics from an analysis of the presidential election (November 22nd) to media and disinformation, US-China relations, climate change, the future of Pax Americana and much more. You will be receiving information on these programs as well.

Using Chess as the paradigm for outlining how countries formulate their strategic military and diplomatic engagements helped me to understand the information Ken Gause provided.

Couldn't agree more, Constance. Ken knows his material and presents it well. When he spoke to our April dinner program a year ago April the response was overwhelmingly positive and I was so pleased he agreed to do this program for us.

Mr Gause provided useful information and perspective, which were presented in simple and consistent terms without any potentially confusing charts, tables, etc. He stated his theme and stayed with it. It was apparent that he knows what he was talking about. His responses to questions were thoughtful, brief and consistent with his message.

Couldn't agree more with your assessment, Lance. Ken Gause spoke to us here in Rancho Mirage eighteen months ago as part of our Premier Speakers Series - you will receive information on our sterling 2020/21 lineup beginning in October - and packed the room at Thunderbird Country Club.

Overall outstanding presentation and Q&A session. Good balance in time allotted for both, about equal. Mr. Gause's commentary was substantive, informative and much appreciated regarding the present and near future political, economic and military facets of North Korea. Also, his responses to questions asked were to-the-point and insightful, especially regarding: (a) the different strategies used by the Obama and Trump administrations and why neither were particularly effective; (b) the China factor; and (c) North Korea's nuclear capability and intent.

Thank you for your as-always insightful perspective on this program. As noted during the Q&A and in some of the comments above, there is agreement with your interest for a program on Iran. I am working with Ken on this and am hopeful we will be able to do so.

We thought this was absolutely the best presentation we have seen. We were not able to view the presentation on Thursday and just got through watching the tape. Ken presented an analysis and view of the North Korean regime that we could not have gotten anywhere else. This is the best of what WAC does; a look at the world that we cannot get anywhere else ( at least not without a determined study effort). Ken was very clear in his analysis and made his points very succinctlyand easy to understand. Would definitely want to hear him again, maybe a year from now after the new or old administration gets established.
